American Security Resources Sets Close Date for Wind Turbine Company

Houston, Texas [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] American Security Resources Corporation (ARSC) announced that all contract points have been resolved and it has set April 30th to close the acquisition of The Maria Group Inc., which holds exclusive rights to the patented Noble Wind Turbine. "The Noble Wind Turbine spins in a horizontal plane and utilizes a combination of lift and drag forces working in concert to maximize its capture of wind power. It is an extremely robust design, one that is capable of continual operation in hurricane force winds," said Bob Farr, President and COO of ARSC, which is developing high efficiency, mass-producible hydrogen fuel cells through its Hydra Fuel Cell subsidiary.
