Let's Start the Game

Southern football powerhouses used to take the hype
But now a wind symposium will get the "rah, rah, fight",
Off shore wind is checking in what play are we to choose,
Is it a pass or do we try an educated ruse,
A plan to pass the off shore ball sounds like a decent action,
We plan our play and then should test the other side's reaction,
We're not like Massachusettes with blue blooded noses high,
But wish to use God given winds that daily pass us by,
And over water proving strong avoid the interception,
A smart fine play to gain the yards will give us good reception,
Wind energy to conquer and the seas to help us win,
We can't afford to make mistakes for that might do us in,
It has been fun to toss the ball now let us start the game,
We need the sources of the wind poor plays would be a shame.
