Dear Editor:
A few days ago I've read somewhere that one of the objections to use underwater mills is "fencing" streams and rivers by towers that create problems for fish migration.
A few weeks before reading this objection I've send to GE, Verdant, NRG, Companies that according my data interesting/working on underwater power generation my suggestion: What if instead of separate towers use an underwater airplane like wing, install on it dozens or whatever the case turbines and use cold ocean waters to cool cables, bus bars, and whatever equipment placed incide the wing.
I think the same would be applicable for wind power generators.
I believe, use of the wings will drustically cut cost of Station, would make cost effective installation of high voltage power transformers at the location and significantly cut energy losses in the power transmission lines.
Respectfully
