Crosspoint and Skye Power to Distribute Wind Energy Systems

Mandeville, Louisiana [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Crosspoint Group (CPGP) signed a joint venture agreement with Skye Power Company to distribute complete distribution power systems and modules that include a wind turbine, compact pancake generator, battery and computerized inverter, plus the systems can also be remote controlled online. CPGP reports that while Skye Power Systems' current production models range from 3 kilowatts (kW) to 15 kW, units can be built to exceed 500 kW using the modular capability. They can generate power in a light breeze; can survive against hurricane winds; are light and easy to install for commercial buildings or residences. The 10X deep cycle battery enables both energy time shifting (rate optimization) and acts as emergency uninterruptible power source (UPS).
