Well this makes sense. The wind in that area should be tapped for energy production. The large scale wind farm might stand a chance now. Thanks Steve.

It is great to see that the abundant resource of the wind is finally starting to be harvested on Cape Cod. I would like to remind the public that when capturing the power of the wind like this that the taller the tower, the better your resource is.

Ideally it would have been even better to see the turbine at Mass Maritime to be on a much higher tower.

IBEW local 103 is going to find many more of theese jobs in the future. It is inevitable that even with strong resistance from powerful politicians like Ted Kennedy and Governor Romny, the tide moving toward renewable energy cannot be held back, as it is for the good of all and not for just the few select wealthy and powerful.

I am sure that those attending this academy will benefit by viewing the future of energy generation every time they see the their wind turbine spinning and knowing that they have become particpants in this great event.
