Solar Integrated Technologies Appoints New CFO

Palumbo has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Solar Integrated Technologies effective February 1, 2006, bringing more than 20 years of financial, accounting, operating and capital market experience to his new post. From May 1997 to January 2006, Mr. Palumbo has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Automotive Industries, the leading US distributor of aftermarket collision replacement parts produced by independent manufacturers for automobiles and light trucks. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of Keystone from March 1996 to May 1997. Solar Integrated Technologies added that it completed 39 industrial solar roofing projects in 2005, bringing the Company's total installed projects to 58, aggregating more than 5 MW of installed generating capacity.
