That is really interesting vision.

1. Is it an article about Mongolia or Inner Mongolian Autonomious Region of China?
2. If the project is about the country of Mongolia, who is the Mongolian partner?

Solar electric power systems in all homes
can provides the electricity needed. Regarding financing the equipment can be leased for 60 months with purchase option.
If the leasing agreement is in place the systems installer company can be financed bay purchase order financing.
