[Sunday Mail] SCOTS scientists have discovered methane gas extracted from seaweed can be used to power cars. Researchers at the Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS) at Dunbeg, Argyll, are working on a way of extracting the gas in commercial quantities. Scientists made the discovery after they started using seaweed on fish farms to absorb nitrogen produced by waste. For the full story, use the following link.
