am I wrong if I say that in 2015 is expected:
77200GWh/(36x365.25x24)GWh=24% of availability?
or 77200/(365.25x24)=8.8GWh effective installed power?

"- Wind energy does not require construction of additional 'balancing' power stations; Additional required balancing power can be provided by the existing conventional plants."
But what if your objective is to get rid of this "existing conventional plants" (being fossil or nuclear)?

in the case of UK, some study (http://www.guardian.co.uk/renewable/Story/0,2763,1481540,00.html) let imagine a best mix contribution for about 50% of the production. what about the other 50% ?
