Gov. Pataki is a person who has understood the impotance of renewable energy.. Photovoltaic modules are very efficient, and the cost is within the reach of consumers, US is a world leader in almost all technologies including renewable energies. However it is doubtful that US will always remain world leader in Photovoltaic as other countries such as Japan, Germany and some south Asian countries are taking renewable energy very seriously.
We need planned efforts to see PV Industry as market driven economy.
