Will they ever create solar photovoltaic car bodies that will charge the batteries of hybrid cars while they sit in the sun while we work? People say a day in the sunshine won't get a car very far. However, it might get some people home from work without using gasoline.

Hello,
I would like to find out about courses available to learning the engineering and installation of Solar systems. I am a systems engineer and I am very interested in learning about renewable energy.
Thanks

I don't know about photovoltaic car bodies to charge the batteries of hybrid cars, but I have read about photovoltaic cars that are plugged into the grid to produce electricity while you work, or possibly to produce hydrogen as fuel for your car. But why would we do that when we can always fight wars (a much more costly option) to keep the oil lines open in the Mideast?
