Renewable energy projects, just like any other business venture, need careful financial planning and financial control in order to be successful. Financial management tasks are therefore an integral part of all project phases.
In the early project phases, the focus lies on the analysis of project attractiveness. The main task is to determine whether a project is attractive at all and if so, under what circumstances and conditions. During project realization, financial tasks focus on project cost control. After project completion, project players must assure that project returns are sufficiently high in order for the planned profitability to materialize. Management accounting and cost accounting tasks are now key tasks.
RENAC is now offering a new online training imparting know-how about the techniques of financial project appraisal. A particularity of this course is that participants will investigate the different financial aspects during the project phases. After attending the course, participants will be qualified to undertake a full financial analysis in the form typically adapted by industrial accounting today for decision making and the development of strategic plans.
RENAC is an international provider of education and training specializing in renewable energy and energy efficiency. In addition to open and in-house training, RENAC offers numerous services across the whole educational spectrum, such as the establishment of training centers, train-the-trainer seminars and consulting.
