Dec 2010 Turkey's leading wind energy consultancy, re-consult (part of the Natural Power group) announced today the signing of a framework agreement with Austrian power company OMV for the provision of technical services such as risk analyses and technical due diligences on wind farm projects in Turkey and neighbouring countries.

The contract signing comes after almost 24 months of a successful working relationship between the two companies where re-consult have performed several risk analyses and due diligence works for OMV. The signing of the contract and continuing to work together will create a strategic relationship for moving wind energy projects forward.
Re-consult will provide OMV with risk analyses on wind energy projects, audits & control of wind measurements, energy yield assessments and layout designs. OMV stand to greatly benefit from the advanced resource methodologies re-consult promotes through the Natural Power group which includes the industry leading Complex Fluid Dynamic (CFD) service, VENTOS, which is used for assessing complex and forested sites.
