Sol Systems CEO, Yuri Horwitz will be speaking at the 5th Annual Cooley Clean Energy and Technologies Conference today, October 10. Yuri will be one of three participants in a panel discussion regarding techniques to promote scalable models to expand the renewable energy development, including strategies to overcoming renewable energy financing, policy, and competitive challenges facing the industry. The conference will be held in Redwood City, California and is by invitation only.
In addition to speaking at this conference, Sol Systems has worked with Cooley to create a suite of legal e-documents through SolMarket, our financing arm for commercial and utility-scale projects, in order to bring standardization to the industry and drive solar project development. These legal documents include templates for power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, and operation and maintenance agreements. Sol Systems and Cooley also partnered on a webinar series on bankable solar contracts.
