Spurred by 3 SBIR grants, Wattminder has expanded its basket of IP that will significantly impact the operational efficiency of solar power arrays anywhere in the world.
Being mindful of the wasteful situation that over half of solar arrays around the world underperform due to unknown, undiagnosed faulty condition in the array, resulting in over $5B worth of electricity being lost to dissipated heat into thin air, as of 2011.
Wattminder is getting ready to deploy our new crop of 3 innovations to address this problem:
We hope to engage a suitable seasoned industry leader to help us validate and refine our deployment mechanism for low-cost, broad application of these resources to eliminate much of the profit killer--undetected and undiagnosed faults in solar arrays.
We invite comment, and any inquiry about our analytical and diagnostic capabilities, much of which has been supported by NSF and DOE grants.
