Mack Kennedy (Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory), Joseph Moore (Energy & Geoscience Institute at the University of Utah), Mark Reed (University of Oregon), Gene Suemnicht (EGS Inc.) and Robert Zierenberg (University of California, Davis).
