What an exciting show for SolarEdge at Intersolar Europe 2012 in Munich, Germany. The months of preparation for Intersolar were busy, preparing the new product offerings, designing a booth that will accommodate all our needs, unveiling the new homepage and submitting the nomination for the Intersolar Award for Innovation in the Photovoltaic category.

The moment that Intersolar opened, we were constantly occupied. Our booth was buzzing with new and old customers wanting to know more about our embedded power optimizer solution and our new partnerships with module manufacturers who presented their smart module, optimized by SolarEdge, at both our booths.

During Intersolar, we launched our Intersolar AWARD winning next generation power optimizer featuring the innovative IndOPTM technology and additional unique benefits. It was a real crowd magnet.

In addition, we celebrated the shipment of over 1,000,000 power optimizers around the world. We used an artistic power optimizer showcase to display illustrated iconic country graphics on 36 power optimizers, one for every country in which we have installed systems.

At the end of the first day when the panel of judges announced that we won the prestigious Intersolar AWARD for Innovation, it was hard to keep the smiles off our faces.  We were exhilarated that the judges recognized this innovative technology for what we believe, will bring advancements to the industry.

And what better way to celebrate the award than having our loyal friends and customers at our booth for a celebratory night filled with snacks, drinks and football! With EURO 2012 in full motion, we held a daily raffle to all those who visited our booth for a chance to win tickets to the semi-final and final games.
