Some basic problems here.
Air at higher elevations has more latent heat than air at ground level? How does rotor rotation suck air down but not back up?

Black versus white. White reflects most of the incident radiation. Black absorbs most of the energy but also has a high emissivity i.e. it radiates heat efficiently. The back side of a solar panel is white - low emissivity - and solar cells incorporate a BSF which functions as a reflector. Typically, ~4% is reflected by the glass, ~17% taken away in the wires and 68% is radiated upwards. If the ground underneath is less than 90% reflective, heat input is less with solar. Net heating above black surfaces depends on GHG and particulate air pollution. Now calculate which thing contributes most to global warming: coal fired power, pavement, solar farms.
