SOLAR - January 2011 - Dong Xu orders Pegasus for Gen 5 touch panel production

Another order of a Pegasus inline sputter coater for display applications: This time, China-based Dong Xu Investment Group placed an equipment order for the TCO coating process for touch panels. The rapid-cycle system will be manufactured in Leybold Optics’ Shanghai assembly site and go to Dong Xu’s plant in Hebei.
