Julia Hamm
Julia Hamm has served as the Executive Director of the Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA) since January 2004. Prior to running SEPA, Ms. Hamm worked as a senior associate at ICF International, a leading consulting firm in the areas of energy and environment, where she supported the US Environmental Protection Agency with the implementation of the ENERGY STAR program. Her career has focused on developing tools to communicate the value of renewable energy and energy efficiency to electric utilities, municipal governments and product manufacturers. Ms. Hamm is the chair of the Solar Power Conference & Expo and is on the board of directors of the Interstate Renewable Energy Council. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Cornell University.
