"This project is already utilizing many of the project management, engineering and fabrication skills and techniques developed in the UK's offshore oil and gas industry. Such skills are transferable and underline the role the oil and gas sector is able to play in developing offshore wind."

Since 45m is about 150 ft deep, I assume the towers are sitting on the seabed. Does anyone know about noise and vibration transmitted into the sea, because a low frequency turning of blades and turbines might generate harmful sounds that would interfere with Whales and Dolphins. I expect for the shallow sites, injection of noise is probably less efficient.
