How big are the cells? You just can't scale a polymer cell from 1 mm square to tens of cm square and get all the energy out. Lateral resistance of the interconnects is a major issue in the design of all thin film cells, very rarely touched upon in such reports. Amorphous silicon cells 1 mm square are pretty good!
