Mass. Jail Opts for Vertical Axis Wind Turbines

[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] WindStor Power has entered into an agreement with the Bristol County Sheriff's Office in Bristol Massachusetts to produce and distribute electricity generated by up to three WindStor Wind Turbines, directly to the Bristol County Jail at a fixed rate for 15 years. WPC will build, own, operate and maintain the vertical axis turbines. Prior to finalizing the system configuration and installing WindStor, WPC will complete permitting paperwork and pricing structure, pending funds necessary for installation.
