RE Systems Monitoring Companies Merge

Renewable energy systems monitoring company Fat Spaniel Technologies (FST) announced their recent acquisition of VAEIS, Inc., also a renewable energy monitoring company. FST provides web-based tools for monitoring renewable energy production and building power consumption, remote performance diagnostic tools for renewable energy systems, and views used for marketing and educational applications. The three-year-old company monitors solar, wind, fuel cell and energy conservation projects throughout the United States, as well as numerous overseas projects. VAEIS brings established tools for automating participation in Renewable Energy Credit markets and for electricity billing.
